The Cobalt Blue outer is 2-ply Ultrex which is waterproof, windproof and breathable. Black Polartec 200 brand fleece lining provides superior warmth with minimal bulk and weight. Looks and feels like a little Pug ski jacket. A chrome "X" accents the front closure. !
